Later this week, Tucker No. 1034 will be up for auction at Gooding & Company's Amelia Island (FL) auction. The auction estimate is $950,000 to $1,300,000 for this Waltz Blue beauty (which seems conservative compared to the $2,915,000 that Tucker No. 1043 fetched at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, AZ this past January). Regular readers of this blog may recall that Gooding & Company sold "barn find" Tucker No. 1010 for $797,500 at their Scottsdale, AZ auction in January 2011.
This week's auction begins at 11:00 AM EST on Friday, March 9th, with No. 1034 scheduled to cross the block near the end of the auction (Lot No. 78). See the Gooding & Company website for more photos and information.
